Kevin Lovitz’ trademark is his aggressive, results-oriented approach to representing clients. From sexual harassment, to race discrimination, to wrongful discharge, Mr. Lovitz has litigated and successfully settled thousands of employment claims in his career. 


He has litigated claims under federal and state discrimination laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.


In addition, Mr. Lovitz has handled breach of contract claims, claims for defamation of character, and has successfully negotiated hundreds of severance packages for his clients.

In 1990, Mr. Lovitz graduated from the University of Delaware Phi Beta Kappa where he received his Bachelor’s Degree cum laude. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Temple University School of Law in 1993. Mr. Lovitz is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.


The Legal Intelligencer has honored Mr. Lovitz with a “Lawyer on the Fast Track” award and he has also been recognized repeatedly as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer “Rising Star”. In addition, Mr. Lovitz has been a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and is on the Philadelphia Bar Association Lawyer Referral Panel. He also previously served on the Board of Directors of the Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania.
