Our Philosophy

The Lovitz Law Firm is a boutique employment law practice dedicated to aggressively litigating and resolving workplace disputes. In his career, the Firm’s founding partner, Kevin I. Lovitz, Esquire, has litigated and resolved thousands of employment claims on behalf of employees who have been wronged by their employer. We believe strategic planning is essential to achieving a successful result.  Before any battle is undertaken, we will carefully and critically evaluate the relative strengths and weaknesses of each client’s claim, as well as the anticipated defenses.  This emphasis on strategic planning enables us to offer our clients well-reasoned options, so that our clients can make difficult decisions much more easily.

Although experience is difficult to define, it is easy to recognize.

We are experienced in litigating claims before all administrative agencies including the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Our extensive experience also includes litigation in State Court, Federal Court and in Arbitration.
