Fair Labor Standards Act/Wage Payment Collection Law Claims

Both federal and state law mandate that employers compensate employees for wages earned, as well as compensate them for time and a half when they work an excess of forty (40) hours per week. The Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Collection Law and the Fair Labor Standards Act proscribe conduct that is unlawful on the part of employers.
